The plan offers deep savings and a long list of comprehensive preventive and restorative care for all ages! This plan is not dental insurance and is valid only at our Lexington dental office.
What Does the Dental Savings Plan Include?
Adults - $495/year
Children (ages 17 and under) - $425/year
- Two (2) dental hygiene visits per year;
- Comprehensive dental cleaning
- Exam and x-rays
- 20% off restorative dentistry services like dental crowns and fillings
For patients who may need extra support to maintain healthy gums, we offer a periodontal plan for an additional $150.
Terms & Conditions
The All Smiles Dental savings plan cannot be combined with dental insurance or other in-office discounts, such as our military and senior discounts. The dental savings plan cannot be paid for with 3rd party financing options. The savings plan is valid for 12 months upon date of purchase.
